We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager/Sales Executive with experience in selling ERP solutions to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales deals. The primary focus will be on promoting and selling our Odoo ERP software solutions to businesses across various industries. Your daily tasks are mainly done from our office in Chennai.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospects through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements, and tailor product demonstrations and sales presentations accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the pre-sales and technical teams to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions and address any customer concerns or objections.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements to close sales deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our ERP solutions in the marketplace.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
  • Continuously engage in professional development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in ERP software sales, with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Odoo ERP concepts and solutions, with the ability to articulate the value proposition to potential clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Odoo Developer Technical - Experienced

As an Implementation Consultant, you will implement Odoo. You'll be in direct contact with the clients to help them with the good use of Odoo Software. Therefore, you will analyse their needs and deliver personal training sessions and provide support. Basically, you'll be responsible to deliver the best management solution to your customers!

We want our team to be able to implement Odoo to different sectors and business areas.

Keyskills : odoo V12,13,14 ,15,16,17 implementation, Odoo/Open ERP, PostgreSQL, Odoo customization, implementation, data migration, project deployment

Education : B.E/B.Tech/MCA/BCA/ MSC-IT Experience : 2-5 Year

Skill Requirements
